New clients should note that airfare costs are separate from the InciDental Tourist package.

Standard Preparation Timeline

1.5 months prior to trip

•  Trip confirmation and deposit ($500 CDN p/p).
•  Initiate visa application where applicable ($50 government fee for China) & ensure valid Canadian passport.

1 month prior to trip

•  Client's travel is confirmed; travel itinerary and departure detials confirmed.
•  Balance of tour package fees due.(+ applicable taxes ).
