Tour Prices

The cost of the Incidental Tourist is $2,400 CDN per person. Traveling companions sharing accommodation can expect a savings of $500, for a total of $1,900. Any changes to the Incidental Tourist travel package are the responsibility and expense of the client.

All Prices include:

• All accommodation in China
• Welcoming and leaving dinners
• Western breakfast each day
• Transfers and all transportation (as per itinerary)
• Six days guided sightseeing
• All admissions to attractions
• Full time availability of Incidental tourist staff during stay.

Note: All sightseeing is planned so as not to conflict with dental treatments.
Note: All dental work received in China is the responsibility of the client and is determined by them in consultation with Dr. Chen. The InciDental Tourist is responsible for travel services only.

Return Air Fare

Return air fare is extra and is usually booked by the clients themselves, allowing the use of travel reward points. The InciDental Tourist can help if requested on all flight bookings through our travel agent.

Clients should note that any additional excursions in China are purchased directly by the client through local China travel services. The Incidental Tourist will be pleased to provide assistance but does not assume any responsiblity or liability for these arrangements

The Incidental Tourist can also arrange additional excursions in China i.e.: Beijing (Forbidden City, Great Wall etc.). These excursions are arranged through our China travel partner CTSHC Travel Services, and are customized to our clients’ wishes and availability.

Visa Required

A Visa is required for all travel to China, at a cost $50 CDN.

Travel Costs

Airfares are booked at a group rate, resulting in significant savings fares are approximately $1,500 (CDN) for Ottawa and Toronto departures; approximately $1,300 (CDN) from Vancouver. Our travel agents will arrange specific bookings from the airport closest to you.
